Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment specified at the time of booking. TAB reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

2. Payments

Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date communicated by TAB. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund of the advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the package, airline and hotel policies. Visa fees, service charges and any costs already incurred are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 15–30 working days.

4. Changes to Itinerary

TAB may modify itineraries due to weather, political situations, airline schedule changes or other events beyond our control. We will always offer the best available alternative.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas and any required health certificates. TAB assists with documentation but final approval rests with the relevant authorities.

6. Visa Processing

TAB provides visa processing assistance only. Visa approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Service charges are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

7. Liability

TAB acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and other service providers and is not liable for their acts, omissions or delays. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.

8. Conduct

Travelers must comply with local laws and behave respectfully during group tours. TAB reserves the right to remove any traveler whose conduct affects the safety or enjoyment of others, without refund.
